This includes preparing, examining, proposing, and revising contracts that involve purchases of materials or services, leases, licenses, or other agreements. They ensure that all contracts are in compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Their role is crucial in coordinating the execution of contracts, monitoring their fulfillment, and documenting and communicating on any potential contract breaches.
