Synopsis of Services Offered:
* Insitu Cured-In-Place Pipe Lining for Full Length Pipe Lining, Cured-In-Place material consists of 100% resin impregnated felt tube. Street or Easement installation.
* Internal Television Inspection of Main Line Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer Lines
and Lateral Inspection from the main. Utilizing 360 degree pan and tilt color camera or straight view color camera.
Digital data capture and computer reports. Single Entry point to 2,000 lf. Class 1, Division 1, Explosion Proof Camera Systems. I & I study and documentation.
* Hydro-Cleaning using high/low pressure and volume water to scour and vacuum clean underground utilities. All trucks are completely self contained Jet/Vac cleaning units with up to 2,000 p.s.i. of water pressure, 125 GPM of water volume, 180 degree articulating and swing vacuum boom for ease of access. Root, grease and barnacle cutting with vacuum removal of debris.
* Easement and off road Hydro-Cleaning, using a Extend-A-Jet cleaning machine. This machine is used in conjunction with the Jet/Vac truck for off road, easement or alley access with limited entry space, this unit only needs 36 inches of entry space.
* Mechanically Powered Cleaning Equipment, 3,000 P.S.I. pressure cleaning or chain cutting for Tuberculation and barnacle removal. This cleaning method is for pipeline with high concentrations of scale, tuberculation or barnacles. High pressure water operations
* Additional testing services: Deflection, smoke, dye, low volume air and hydrostatic testing,
Manhole Inspection, GPS and GIS mapping integration.
