This is really the best office I've worked as a dental hygienist. Dr. Prates is wonderful when it comes to helping his employees with the chaos that life can bring. He is very accommodating of schedules and understanding when family emergencies arise. He has never made me feel guilty or bad for taking personal days and as a mom with a busy home life this means so much. He really takes his time with patients too so I feel great about the care they receive. If I need more time to work on a patient the front office is great about adjusting my schedule so I am not overwhelmed at work. It can get busy, but everyone is super helpful. If you are behind or need any help all you have to do is ask and someone will be there. Whether you are experienced or a new graduate this office is wonderful. You will be trusted and given the support you need to grow your skills. We actually like hanging out together outside of the office too. People hear "family" a lot in ads and sometimes it is too good to be true. Here at our office that's not the case. We really get along.
