Alrig USA is a privately held commercial real estate investment and development firm based in Metro-Detroit, with a dual focus on our company owned office portfolio and our in-house development team, Alrig USA Development. Specializing in value-add acquisitions of commercial office buildings, ground-up retail developments, and redevelopment opportunities, our mission is to create a real estate holding that will enhance the landlord and tenant relationship.

Since inception in 2010, Alrig USA has successfully delivered over 50 retail developments throughout the United States, in addition to building an office portfolio of 2 million square feet.
