Since our start in 1994, J.T. Kruer & Company has grown to be recognized for its strong client advocacy and quality service. Throughout our 26-year history, becoming a team member with our Clients has been a tradition. Through our diverse client base, we have been involved in projects all over California. We provide a comprehensive spectrum of project related services such as; pre-construction services (feasibility studies, estimating, scheduling, earthwork analysis, value engineering, supervision of final engineering), as well as construction & project management and through our subsidiary Kruer General Engineering Construction, we provide General Contracting, Prime Contracting and Sub-Contracting services. Our classification as a Prime or Sub Contractor is Earthwork & Grading.

We have provided our consulting, management and construction services to National Home Builders, Regional Apartment / Condo Developers, Major Industrial Developers, Major Law Firms, Engineering Firms, Architects, Public Utilities and Governmental Agencies. We also provide expert witness services related to Earthwork, General Engineering Construction Costs, Construction Management and Standard of Care. We are also qualified for expert services related to land development and engineering construction defects.

We have participated in the construction of over a Billion Dollars of engineering construction in Southern California. These projects include automotive proving grounds in the Mojave, ridgeline and hillside development in San Diego and Riverside Counties, urban infill projects, mining reclamation in the Southern & Central California and industrial development along the Mexico Border and in the Inland Empire. We have also participated on design teams for major Urban Redevelopment and Waterfront Capital Improvement Projects.
