Architectural Resource, located in Ann Arbor MI, has delivered innovative, award-winning architectural design to our clients since 1991 allowing us to become one of the most respected residential architecture firms in Michigan. To date we have been recognized with upwards of 150 design awards. Although modest in size we are one of the leading sustainable residential design firms in MI having been responsible for Michigan’s first three LEED Platinum whole house remodels; her first two NAHB NGBS Emerald remodels; South East Michigan's first Michigan Green Star certified remodels; as well as the Midwest’s first residential project registered with the ILFI seeking full Living Building Challenge certification. Additionally we are one of Michigan's leading PHIUS certified architectural offices with our entire staff being Certified Passive House Consultants and are the designers for Michigan's first PHIUS+2015 Pre-Certified Passive House residence.
