Construction Project Manager – Commercial Redevelopment

They’re looking to bring on a mid-level Construction Project Manager to support a mix of redevelopment and tenant-focused projects across a diverse commercial portfolio.

Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Rochester, NY | Hybrid Onsite (3–4 days/week) + Up to 50% Travel

Compensation: Up to $135K base + 15% discretionary bonus + Benefits + Summer Fridays

Qualifications:

• 4+  years of hands-on construction project management experience is required

• 2+ years of experience in a retail environment

• 2 + Experience managing or supporting mid- to large-scale project budgets

• 2+ years of experience working with general contractors, owner’s rep, or developers

• Solid understanding of construction contracts, GC coordination, and scheduling

• Experience with MS Project or similar tools 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required—strong experience takes priority.
