The Plant Operations & Maintenance Director will manage all engineering and maintainence operations at Wyoming County Community Health, a 180 bed acute and long term care facility.   Plans, administers and directs all unit activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services, including Aramark Healthcare+ and client financial accountability, and compliance with the standards established by Aramark Healthcare+, regulatory agencies and client.  Manages all trades for MEP, HVAC, and all general maintenance for boilers, chillers, air handlers, cooling towers, etc. Delegates and prioritizes work orders and coordinates Preventative Maintenance, vendors, utility systems. Responsible for all regulatory compliance, Environment of Care and Life Safety standards. 

Requires 5-7 years of acute care Healthcare Plant Operations/Facility Management experience. Working knowledge of appropriate preventative maintenance of building systems (i.e., boilers, chillers, generators, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC/R) including operating knowledge of high-pressure steam boilers. Knowledgeable of all regulatory compliance requirements including DOH, CMS, Joint Commission and Life Safety and Environment of Care. 

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position ranges from $110,000 to $140,000 depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
