We’re looking for a skilled Construction Foreman / Assistant Superintendent to support our field operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, hands-on experience with field coordination, and a commitment to safety, quality, and efficient project execution. This is a full-time travel position, with projects located across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Superintendent with day-to-day onsite management to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate trades and subcontractors to ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and jobsite safety protocols.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites in accordance with company standards and OSHA requirements.
  • Track and report daily progress, material deliveries, and field issues.
  • Communicate regularly with project teams to relay site conditions, schedule impacts, and support needs.
  • Assist with layout, field measurements, and verification of subcontractor work.
  • Support project planning by organizing tools, equipment, and materials in advance of key tasks.
  • Serve as a working leader, capable of assisting with construction tasks when needed and leading by example.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Experience with hospitality, retail, or food & beverage projects preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel full-time to job sites nationwide.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
  • Working knowledge of construction drawings, tools, materials, and safety practices.
  • Familiarity with basic construction management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, Google Workspace) a plus.
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret project documents accurately.

We offer competitive pay, travel benefits, a full benefits package, and opportunities to grow into higher-level field leadership roles.

If you're a driven and detail-oriented builder who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we’d love to hear from you.
