Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise subcontractors and trades to ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate daily with the project team, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain schedules and resolve issues.
  • Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, inspections, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure full compliance with local and federal building codes, safety requirements, and company standards.
  • Foster strong working relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to field staff, promoting a team-oriented, results-driven culture.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record with hospitality, retail, and food & beverage projects.
  • Willingness and ability to travel full-time.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Google Workspace.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and building codes.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and specifications.

We offer competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career advancement.

If you’re passionate about construction and excited to work on innovative, high-impact projects nationwide, we’d love to hear from you.
