Builder / General Contractor ( High - End Residential )

Summary

The Builder/ General Contractor will supervise and coordinate activities or work crews, engaged in construction, installation and repair of high-end structures and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work crews during the various stages of construction.
• Assure the safety procedures are being followed.
• Ensure that the crew is following blueprints and construction plans.
• Evaluate the crew according to their performance and capabilities.
• Determine the time limit for the tasks and make sure they are completed within the decided time frame.
• Troubleshoot any issues that occur and report them to the Site Manager.
• Coordinate with the Project Team to recruit and train the staff according to the need of a project.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction plans.
• Ability to solve mathematical problems quickly and accurately.
• Strong problem-solving and management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction equipment and procedures.
• Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
• Ability to travel as required by project location.

Education and Experience

• At least five to ten years of experience in complex residential high-end construction
