Telephone Installer Jobs in Nashville, TN

A Telephone Installer in the construction industry is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining telecommunication lines, including telephone, broadband, and cable TV. They work on various construction sites, installing telephone jacks and running wires, setting up telecommunications equipment, and ensuring all systems are properly connected and operational. They also perform troubleshooting and repairs, responding to service calls and replacing faulty equipment as necessary. Important certifications for a Telephone Installer include the Telecommunications Installation and Service certification and the Fiber Optics Technician certification, both of which demonstrate the necessary technical knowledge and skills to effectively perform the role.
