A Millwright in the construction industry is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery and heavy equipment. They play a critical role in construction projects by ensuring that all machines and equipment function optimally and safely. Their tasks include interpreting blueprints and schematic diagrams, moving machinery and equipment, aligning and adjusting machine parts, and performing preventative and predictive maintenance.
