Estimator Jobs in Illinois
An Estimator in the construction industry is responsible for forecasting the cost, time, materials, and labor required for a construction project. They analyze data such as drawings, specifications, and proposals to prepare detailed cost estimates. They work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to understand the scope of work, and use specialized software to assist with this process.
