Job Summary:
The Roofing Foreman is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations at jobsites, including leading the crew, ensuring jobsite safety, maintaining quality standards, communicating with customers and office staff, and ensuring projects run on schedule. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both roofing experience and team management capabilities. This position would also require the ability to execute residential roofing repairs and install K-Style aluminum gutters as needed.

Preferred Skills and Requirements:

• At least 3+ years experience in residential roofing (shingles, flashing, underlayment, etc.)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and understand work orders, plans, and scopes of work
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation
• Experience in safety protocols and jobsite supervision

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Average approx. 40 hours per week
• Occasional weekends and overtime as needed
