Project Manager

• Ensure project performance
• Ensure project clarity regarding scope, budget, schedule
• Ensure quality
• Ensure communication & documentation
• Pre-Construction - Attends project Handoff Meeting with Estimator, project super and Project Executive (see checklist)
• Responsible for coordinating submittal approvals with Project Coordinator & Client
• Scope Change: Works with construction team to understand cost and schedule implications
• Scheduling
• Post-Construction

1. Participate in post project review
2. Available for any project specific questions that may arise after construction
3. 3. Works with Warranty Team to resolve any project issues

• High school diploma, college degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years Project Supervision experience on similar projects

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
