What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing the construction of multiple commercial projects .
• Making sure the on-site work is on track with schedules and budgets.
• Being the go-to communicator for the Project Manager and Owner .
• Leading and motivating subcontractor teams to deliver quality work .

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in construction supervision .
• A strong local network of subcontractors (bonus points if you know everyone!).
• A true leader with top-notch organizational skills .
