Concrete Foreman

We are a well established construction company specializing in concrete. We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and manage job site operations, ensuring quality workmanship and efficiency.

Job responsibilities-
Supervise and coordinate concrete crew on various job sites.
Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
Ensure proper setup, pouring, finishing and curing of concrete.
Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
Manage and turn in crews timesheets.
Train and mentor crew members to enhance productivity and skill levels.
Communicate effectively with management, contractors and team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve job sites challenges.

Qualifications-
Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, finishing and curing techniques.
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Commitment to safety and quality control.
Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
