Install Coordinator

JW Floor Covering Inc. seeks an Install Coordinator to join our Call Center. The install coordinator will assist customers before, during, and after their flooring installation by preparing for them for the installation, scheduling installation dates and repairs, accepting overflow calls from other branch offices, responding to emails, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include

• Contacting customers before, during, and after their flooring installation
• Talking calls from our business partners and overflow calls from our other branch offices
• Live Chat Support
• Scheduling installation and/or repair dates 
• Preparing HOA documentation and paperwork
• Reviewing Installation Orders for accuracy
• Making survey calls to customers
• Any other tasks assigned by management
