Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage all aspects of our financial records. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate accounting, handling CRM, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, experience in the construction or roofing industry, and proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all accounting functions, including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly.
• Generate financial statements, reports, and budgets for management review.
• Track job costs and maintain accurate financial detail for breaks
• Ensure compliance with state and federal tax laws, including sales tax filings.
• Maintain organized records and assist our CPA as needed

• Processing payroll hours to third party and accurately recording with job costing
• Annual Tax preparations
• Annual General Liability Audit working directly with insurance agent
• Track company vehicles, tag renewals, insurance renewals
• Track all 1099 Salesmen’s required documentation
• Track all subcontractor new hire contracts and insurance renewals
• Process annual 1099’s
• Notary

• Proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 23.0
• Familiarity with Acculynx preferred
• Fundamental knowledge of the roofing trade preferred or other construction-related trade
