Building Maitenance HVAC

Join the Livonia Civic Arenas team as a Building Maintenance HVAC technician! We are seeking a skilled individual to help maintain our facilities and ensure they are in top condition for our patrons.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
2. Repair and troubleshoot electrical systems
3. Ensure compliance with EPA regulations
4. Inspect and repair boilers
5. Work with blueprints and building codes

Job Requirements:

• NCCER Certified
• Experience with pipefitting and brazing
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems
• Ability to work with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
