I've been working for SRSM since Nov 2023 and will say they're one of my favorites to date. While I'm not a roofer I'm office manager, the roofers on staff are amazing to work with, easy going and help me to understand the ins and outs of what they do. The work they do is amazing I've never seen anything like it. Owners are nice and honest people. As long as you do your job they're easy going.

Previously worked for SRSM for almost 30 years. When retirement came around I didn't really want to go, but being in my 60s it was time. Honest hard work, schedule can be a bit difficult due to weather season, any experience in construction you go into that knowing bad weather will affect. They'll approve over time if needed. Just show up on time, do good work and they're good to go. Vacation, sick time and other benefits. They provide uniforms and even changed them by request to meet what the majority wanted.
