The dress code is relaxed and causal as are the interactions with coworkers. After all, there is only a handful of us.

A smaller team means more responsibility for the team members, and because you will be the only person with your skill set, you therefore will be responsible for the whole “division.” This means that as the business grows, your responsibility can grow with it. You’ll also be involved in decision making that wouldn’t be available to all employees at a larger organization.
