Seeking a skilled administrative assistant for general contractor. Required job duties will be corresponding with clients and vendors via email and phone/text, ordering materials, managing deliveries of construction material to jobsite, coordinating installation and construction schedules, creating change orders, tracking payment schedules, submitting bids, creating construction contracts with builder to submit for signature on up coming remodel projects. Builder is partner in a retail surfaces showroom Plank & Stone (offices at this location on La Brea) JR Builders specializes in kitchen and bathroom remodels, entire home remodels, new builds, and custom cabinetry as well as flooring installations. Offering commissions for securing new construction contracts, installs, and flooring sales.
