Silicon Valley Builders Group (SVBG) is a General Construction company with over 16 years of expertise in various areas of construction. Our focus is providing exterior repair and renovation to multi-unit residential communities such as townhomes, apartments, and condominiums. Our team of qualified personnel are experts in dealing with the typical community issues such as siding and trim replacement, water damage, deck/balcony repairs, staircases, fencing, concrete, wrought iron, waterproofing, and more. We work with construction management companies, community managers, and the homeowner’s board to accurately assess different projects and bring well crafted, value driven solutions.
