Craftsman Painting LLC, a member of District Council No.58, International Union of Painters and Allied Trades of America, Local Union No. 1185.
We are located in Henry County, Calhoun MO. Our work takes us to various locations in the State of Missouri-we go where the work is! Primarily -Institutional, Medical Facilities, Light Industrial, State & Local facilities, Schools/Universities, etc. If overnight stay is required, hotel & per diem paid. Portion of mileage paid. Journeyman total package currently is $39.67: $25.19 on check, $14.48 Benefit package with scheduled raise in April. Health insurance package is phenomenal! If you are a skilled painter that loves the trade and understands the ups & downs of construction, can separate business from personal issues and are looking for an actual future with a great company, we are looking for you!

Also, we have a 4 year Apprenticeship program through the Union while earning! Pay depends on what year apprentice level you start at or are in.

To sum up, at this point in our company, we value DECENT HUMAN BEINGS more than skill...if you are a decent human being that is teachable and willing and invested, we can make you into a top notch skilled tradesperson!! If you are the best painter in the world but don't show up, have personal problems, wont listen to instruction and doesn't get along with others, this is not the place for you.
