KIT’s manufactured homes are custom built from the ground up at our indoor production plant in Caldwell, Idaho. We offer the unique advantage to our workers to be able to come to the same location each day instead of commuting to various construction sites. Our workforce is made up of skilled tradesmen in departments who specialize in each of the stages of the construction process – from the chassis build, to inside cabinetry, to the roof, and finally the outside finish.

Regular attendance is a critical part of each employee’s success at KIT. Employees must be available to consistently work the required business hours without tardiness, interruption, or early departure.

Business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional evening and Saturday hours may be required depending on production backlog.
