WRGC is an open shop paying prevailing wages+. Most of our projects are on Chicago's near North and West sides. Owner Bob Kelly specializes in repair design for buildings with moisture intrusion issues. We design and install custom flashings and passive ventilation (WickRight Vapor Release Systems), perform structural repairs - including truss reinforcement and replacement - exterior and interior, rough and finish carpentry on residential and commercial buildings. We work 365 days a year with our 365 Construction Tents that allow us to work on open roof systems all year long. We hire skilled trades as employees and as subcontractors. Subcontractors are hired on a 1099 basis and must have LLC status, worker's comp and basic general liability insurance.
