In 1974, Max Jantz started MJE, LLC with a John Deere Tractor and a pull-type scraper. Early in his career, Mr. Jantz concentrated primarily on land leveling for flood irrigation and terracing, but it wasn't long before he broke into the feedyard industry and began building strong customer-focused relationships with feedyard owners through his commitment to a quality product. Today with a fleet of more than 19 scrapers, the appropriate assist equipment, experienced crews, and a trained office staff, MJE is the leading contractor in turnkey feedyard and dairy construction as well as other municipal construction endeavors such as highways, landfills, and wastewater facilities.
