Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with 13 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain to support customer accounts and production coordination activities. This entry-level to early-career role serves as a critical link between customers, manufacturing teams, and internal departments to ensure the successful delivery of new products and support ongoing production needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer, assisting with order coordination, production planning, and issue resolution.

  • Support new product launches by coordinating schedules, tooling, packaging requirements, and ensuring parts and materials are ready on time.

  • Track and manage changes related to part numbers, vehicle builds, design updates, and customer requests.

  • Collaborate with internal departments such as engineering, production control, and quality to address issues and ensure smooth operations.

  • Help manage documentation such as purchase orders, shipping documents, and customer specifications.

  • Monitor and follow up on open issues, including late design changes, delivery challenges, and billing discrepancies.

  • Work with quality teams to support problem-solving efforts and customer communications related to quality concerns.

  • Assist in cost-saving initiatives by coordinating customer approvals for process or design updates.

  • Provide clear, logical explanations for pricing or schedule changes to both internal teams and external customers.

  • Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned to support customer and production functions.

Qualifications:

  • 13 years of experience in a relevant field (automotive, construction, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain).

  • Bachelors degree preferred (Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

  • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.

  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to problem-solve and handle multiple priorities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Willingness to learn and grow in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment.
