The Role

We’re looking for a seasoned Superintendent to lead field operations on a pivotal $60 million phase of the East Adams project. This is more than just a jobsite, it's a chance to shape a community. From managing subs and sequencing work to ensuring safety and quality, you’ll be the hands-on leader making the drawings come to life.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate all site activities from start to finish

• Maintain bulletproof safety standards (we mean it…zero lost time is the goal)

• Lead subcontractors, troubleshoot in real time, and keep everything moving

• Track progress with daily Procore reporting and manage schedules in Primavera (or similar tools)

• Champion MWBE participation and mentor emerging trade partners

• Help deliver Syracuse’s first large-scale geothermal residential system

• Represent the company with pride to owners, officials, and the public

What You Bring

• 8+ years leading $20M+ commercial builds; multi-family experience is a big plus

• OSHA 30 certified, and fluent in drawings, specs, and Procore

• Proven leader with strong field instincts and a commitment to craftsmanship

• Solid track record in safe builds and sustainable systems

• CPM scheduling experience (Primavera or similar)

• Experience working with MWBE subcontractors and mentoring smaller firms

• Ability to self-perform carpentry and lead craft labor effectively

• Bonus if you’ve worked with geothermal or other green systems
