Job Summary: As a Concrete Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the construction and maintenance of concrete structures. Your primary responsibilities will include pouring, spreading, and finishing concrete, as well as assisting in the preparation and cleanup of job sites.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and clean job sites by removing debris and obstacles.Assist in mixing concrete and other materials as needed.Pour concrete into forms and ensure proper placement.Use hand and power tools to finish concrete surfaces.Set up and dismantle scaffolding and other temporary structures.Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.Perform maintenance and repairs on existing concrete structures.Qualifications:Previous experience in construction or concrete work is a plus.Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.Familiarity with hand and power tools used in concrete work.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.Good physical stamina and strength.Skills:Knowledge of concrete mixing and pouring techniques a plus.Proficiency in finishing techniques for concrete surfaces a plus.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Working Conditions: Concrete Laborers typically work outdoors on construction sites, which may involve exposure to varying weather conditions.
