Assistant/ Project Manager/ Social Media (Construction Industry)

Hi, we are searching for an individual to add to our team. We are a small construction company looking to grow. Everyday is different in this industry and looking for someone with an entrepreneur mindset whos willing to grow with a company. Right now whomever is hired will be wearing a lot of hats and will be an assistant with a wide variety of potential tasks. Please see a description below of the scope of work (although not limited to):

1. Assist with day to day tasks in the office and onsite (quality control)
- If you are not in the office, you will be either onsite or on the road and still able to work via hotspot
2. Project management (helping to source materials, picking up and delivering materials, dealing with sub contractors, inspections, quality control, pulling permits, communication skills, dealing with clients, meeting deadlines, calendar, budgeting)
- Bilingual is a plus, Spanish speaking.*
3. We have camera equipment and would like to film our work days and edit content for YouTube. We already have a monetized channel, although filming and editing takes up time and havent kept up with the channel very well. If there is no work for the day or things get slow, there will definitely be plenty of editing content and social media posting to do.
- Finding solutions is key and outsourcing some of the tasks may be beneficial, although the goal is to mitigate cost so we can invest into growth
4. Organization - files, both hard copy and computer, invoicing, billing, keeping track of expenses, budgets, schedules, Accounting, etc.
5. Marketing, running social media accounts, online reviews, Google SEO (I already have a website and a developer that we work with) and sales
6. Customer service - Answering phone calls and providing solutions
7. At the end of the day this is a construction company and would like to hire someone who is also not afraid to get their hands dirty if need be. An Interest in construction is a plus, but not required.
8. Mentioned earlier, we are looking for someone who is creative, thinks outside of the box and has an entrepreneurial mindset. Work may also not directly be related to just construction as we are also into art/ design and other business ventures that may prosper

Compensation:

We want someone who is committed, willing to give it their all and roll with the punches of this industry. If we grow, so will you.

- $25.00 per hour.

Please Note: If you are a true hustler at heart, there may be other growth or opportunities to make some extra money (Ex. Sales Commission, Consignment, Bonuses, Start Ups, Residuals, Etc.)

Hours of Operation:

Part-time or Full-time (Flexible Hours). We are looking for someone willing to put in some quality time. There is plenty of work for this to be a full-time position although we are willing to be flexible at first to see if its a good fit for both parties. The days can get really long and if you work with us, we will work with you on scheduling. All in all, the position will consist of 4-8 hours per day, Mon-Sat. Depending on your availability.

- Able to lift up to 40lbs
- Excellent communication skills with clients, sub-contractors, vendors and fellow employees
- Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity, honesty and ethics; Self-starter, flexible, and able to work independently
- Ability to multi-task, and change priorities constantly as needed in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid drivers license and insurance
