Concrete Project Manager

This person will initially support a data center project in New Albany, OH

Responsibilities

  • Identify and quantify all necessary concrete scope items.
  • Collaborate in developing a bid strategy for projects.
  • Generate customer proposals and preliminary schedules.
  • Perform job setups, including initial contract review, cost codes, and preliminary budget.
  • Generate and manage correct and timely project information.
  • Create preliminary project schedules.
  • Perform organized and accurate project takeoffs.
  • Collaborate with the Project Lead and other operational support to develop accurate project plans.
  • Communicate information, solutions, and opportunities to the entire team as needed.
  • Compile daily job cost reports to ensure costs and quantities align with the budget.
  • Create change orders after understanding customer expectations.
  • Execute detailed project closeouts.
Qualifications
  • Construction Project Management experience
  • Experience in Vertical Concrete construction
