Lead Electrical Estimator

WSI Southwest, Inc. is currently seeking a Lead Electrical Estimator to join our team in Cliff, NM 88028. We are an electrical contractor based in Southwest New Mexico and Southeast Arizona, offering a wide range of electrical services from small service calls to large installation projects. Our skilled and experienced electricians are committed to providing exceptional, friendly, and courteous service to all clients. We emphasize safety and community connection in our operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial electrical projects
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and addendums
• Develop scope of work and project schedules
• Coordinate with suppliers for pricing and bids
• Manage change orders and project budgets
• Collaboration at all levels of jobs
• Cradle-to-grave project tracking

Job Requirements:

• Commercial and residential electrical knowledge and experience are a must for this role!
• Experience with computerized estimating software
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and conduit
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with preconstruction and bidding processes
