Cloud Project Manager

This position is in Columbus OH, 3 days per week onsite in a hybrid set up
TEKsystems is currently seeking a skilled Cloud Project Manager to join their team for a prestigious tier one banking client. This role involves overseeing cloud-based projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client's high standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud technologies, project management, and a strong understanding of the banking sector's unique requirements.
Job Description:

• With minimal guidance, and in accordance with the project methodology, provides leadership that oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of cloud-based projects.
• Assembles project team and manages the project on an on-going basis to identify risks, implement changes, monitor and communicate progress.
• Oversee the migration of data and technology to cloud platforms, ensuring alignment with cloud architecture and infrastructure
• Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical paths, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and within scope and budget
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible
• Ensure team members are managed effectively and kept informed of all related issues.
• Ensures project deliverables meet customer needs.

Must have:

• Proven experience in managing projects, including cloud migration and implementation
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and concepts
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve project strategy based on research, data and industry trends
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills "

Nice to have:

• Experience with Cloud platforms including AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform Strong knowledge of cloud technologies Experience managing cloud projects"

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr.
