Must befamiliar with equipment.Starting Salary: $30/HOUR IF QUALIFIEDWe are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction projects, including residential and commercial developments. Responsibilities include site preparation, material handling, operating hand and power tools, assembling structures, and following blueprints and safety guidelines.The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in various weather conditions. Experience in construction is preferred, but on-the-job training is available for motivated individuals. Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.Key duties include:Loading and unloading materialsDigging trenches, pouring concrete, and framing structuresAssisting skilled tradespeople as neededEnsuring a clean and safe worksiteMust be able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
