The primaryduties of this experienced position are to lead staff and pursue andsupport work in construction services, project controls, and supportlocal design staff with constructability reviews with varying levels ofproject complexity. Projects will include supporting the local areatransportation and construction staff while assisting and supportingnational alternative delivery, procurement, and program managementinitiatives if the need arises. Tasks will include staff resourcemanagement, business development, and project management(scope/schedule/budget). Primary Responsibilities In the role ofWisconsin Construction Services Lead, we\'ll count on you to: Pursue andwin construction services projects, manage the work, and mentor and growstaff in the area. Monitor staffing and resources for project delivery.Monitor construction activities, resolve problems and issues whicharise, especially those pertaining to changes, deficiencies and/orcontractor performance.
