Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with other CS departments and staff to complete proposals, SOQs, bid packages, and estimates.
• Ability to perform estimating , take-off, and scheduling functions for construction projects.
• Possess the conceptual ability to work with minimum information and quickly develop an understanding of project requirements.
• Resolve issues and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Review drawings, specifications, and other construction documents in order to create accurate estimates.
• Prepare proposals and contracts that accurately reflect scope, fees, and client information.
• Obtain, review, and critically analyze subcontractor proposals and estimates.

Qualifications for Drywall Estimator:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial drywall installation and Estimating.
• Strong knowledge of drywall materials, techniques, and industry standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
