Hiring a Construction Superintendent!
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to join our team. This role involves both hands-on construction work and supervisory responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with an emphasis on agricultural structures, and possess excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
Participate in construction activities, including framing, concrete work, and installation.
Operate and maintain construction machinery and tools.
Ensure all work is performed according to safety protocols and regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during construction projects.
Assist with custom fabrication on-site as needed.
Plan and schedule project timelines, resources, and tasks.
Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule.
Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Essential Skills
Proven experience in construction, with a strong understanding of agricultural structures.
Proficiency in operating construction machinery and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in construction.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in commercial construction.
Knowledge of hand and power tools, concrete, steel erection, and ventilation.
Experience in fence installation and custom fabrication.

Work Environment
This position is based on-site at various construction locations, primarily outdoor and within agricultural settings.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
