Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to join our team. This role involves both hands-on construction work and supervisory responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with an emphasis on agricultural structures, and possess excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in construction activities, including framing, concrete work, and installation.

• Operate and maintain construction machinery and tools.

• Ensure all work is performed according to safety protocols and regulations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during construction projects.

• Assist with custom fabrication on-site as needed.

• Plan and schedule project timelines, resources, and tasks.

• Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients.

• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule.

• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in construction, with a strong understanding of agricultural structures.

• Proficiency in operating construction machinery and tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in construction.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction.

• Knowledge of hand and power tools, concrete, steel erection, and ventilation.

• Experience in fence installation and custom fabrication.

Work Environment

This position is based on-site at various construction locations, primarily outdoor and within agricultural settings.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
