Job Title: Welder
Job Description
You will work in a manufacturing facility that is not temperature controlled but does have fans in place. The work environment includes both indoor and some outdoor tasks. This is a production facility with various stations from assembling the trailers, to paint prep, to painting, to quality checks, and transportation.
Responsibilities
Perform welding tasks in a manufacturing setting.
Assist in assembling trailers and ensure all components are securely welded.
Prepare parts for painting, including grinding and cleaning.
Operate hand tools and other equipment such as grinders and overhead cranes.
Engage in general labor tasks, including material handling, order picking, and packing.
Work with the transportation team to load and unload materials.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Essential Skills
Experience with welding and general labor in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in using hand tools and grinders.
Experience with overhead cranes and material handling.
Ability to perform tasks such as order picking, packing, and loading/unloading materials.
Knowledge of paint preparation processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in working with tractors, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
Ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
Experience in construction or similar fields is a plus.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
