Residential Construction Project Manager - Entry Level

M&S Development, LLC is a fast-growing construction company located in Mansfield, MA, primarily focused on large-scale, high-end residential remodels, additions, and new construction throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

We are seeking an energetic entry-level construction project manager who will provide our customers with an exceptional construction experience, from start to finish.

Construction Supervisor License a plus. Bilingual in English and Portuguese or Spanish would be a great asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 5-10 projects at a time, working with fellow staff and subcontractors to complete projects on time and on budget
• Point person for the customer
• Proactive scheduling, communication, and management of M&S staff AND subcontractors
  • Including but not limited to:
    • Framers
    • Roofers
    • Siders
    • Plumbers
    • HVAC
    • Electricians
    • Insulation subs
    • Flooring installers
    • Tile installers
    • Shower glass installers
    • Plasterers
    • Painters
• Maintain Daily Logs for each project
• Place orders for materials and arrange for delivery to the job sites
  • Including but not limited to:
    • Framing materials
    • Siding
    • Roof
    • Gutters & downspouts
    • Deck
    • Windows
    • Insulation
    • Board & plaster
    • Interior & exterior doors & hardware
    • Interior trim
    • Handle delays and problems quickly and efficiently

• Decision-making on the fly
• Manage jobsite cleanliness and safety

Requirements

• Reside within 30 miles of Mansfield, MA
• Some residential project management experience
• Ability to read and understand architectural plans
• Hands-on construction experience recommended
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent email and text response rate
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word software
• Learn to use Builder Trend project management software
