We Build with Passion- Clean Harbors Kimball, NE NEW Incineration unit is seeking a Facility Foreman- Feed Preps Ops performs hands on operations and supervision of plant operations such as drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations. Position include supervision of multiple plant employees and a single plant operations. Must be willing to work 4/12 hour rotating shifts per week Days/Night, $30.50 per hour, DOE- paid weekly, OT available with approval.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
  • Performs one or more specific plant operations such as, drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, truck off-loading/loading, and wastewater treatment.
  • Supervises multiple employees and a single plant operation.
  • Operates a forklift when necessary.
  • Assures all associated paperwork as required for waste tracking movements is maintained and submitted immediately after processing operations have been completed.
  • Ensures that employees follow and maintain all applicable Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Ensures that supervised operations staff meets all compliance standards.
  • Responsible for knowledge of the Companys Waste Information Network (WIN) system applicable to inventory and drum storage rack system
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of all applicable SOPs
  • Maintain proper housekeeping and follow best practices for supply management in areas of responsibility
  • Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications
  • Previous forklift operating experience
  • Ability to work in team environment
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • An excellent commitment to health & safety
  • Knowledge of CHI systems
  • Demonstrates complete proficiency in one or more specific plant operations such as: drum pumping; drum dumping; tank farm operations; truck off-loading/loading; wastewater treatment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work off-hours and on an on-call basis
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs from the ground to your waste
  • Climb up and down vertical ladders
  • Capable of reaching out, over and down exerting a force
  • 20/20 eyesight corrected or uncorrected - depth perception is critical
  • 10 pushups, deep knee squats and sit-ups (to determine if fit)
  • Good hand/eye coordination
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Background check, drug screen, physical required
  • Punctuality and attendance required
  • Respirator fit test upon hire- clean shaven face required (mustache okay!)
