POSITION TITLE: Wireless Civil Foreman
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

POSITION OVERVIEW:

ADB is seeking a Wireless Civil Foreman who has the full knowledge of civil construction operations with the ability to oversee a 2-3-member crew. The Foreman is required to; complete drilled pier, gravity pad, and building pad foundations while taking on the responsibility for identifying safety hazards and solutions onsite. The ideal candidate will be safety focused, customer and quality centric, with a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure safety is always being adhered to using proper procedures, completing daily JSA/toolbox talks and maintaining good housekeeping on site
Oversee and coordinate the installation of concrete foundations on wireless sites
Communicate daily with vendors to order concrete, rock, rebar etc.
Perform site grading and layouts using a laser level
Maintain compliance with EPA and local jurisdictions by use of erosion control measures on site
Efficiently operate equipment such as, skid steer and mini excavator for foundation excavation and utility trenching
Ability to complete multiple concrete forming methods such as building, caisson, pad, and pier foundations
Ability to complete multiple concrete pouring methods such as forming, tying in rebar, and verifying foundation templates
Effectively communicate project plans and standards to labor crews, sub-contractors, vendors, and customers
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and foundation designs
Work with the Project Manager daily to ensure schedules and budgets are being met
Ensures tools and equipment on project sites are always being utilized and maintained responsibly
Communicate with customers, providing daily updates and problem resolution
Complete project required close-out packages and take required photos, sending to management to verify installation has been done properly.
Responsible for tracking and approving time for all crew members
Performs other tasks as assigned by leadership

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position reports to the corporate headquarters to collect necessary supplies, located at 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069
Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions, like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, and driving
Must endure regular exposure to all weather conditions, including hot, cold, humid, and rainy during all seasons throughout the year
May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinated
Must wear common protective safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats and high visible vest when working on-site

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
5+ years experience in concrete foundations wireless sites preferred
3+ years experience leading a construction crew required
CDL Class A required
OSHA 30 Certification preferred but not required
High School diploma or equivalent required

The starting pay for this position is $30 an hour and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
