Responsibilities:

• Perform welding tasks using various methods including MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux Core
• Manage tasks independently while ensuring consistent attention to detail and timely completion
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications and layout
• Weld and assemble metal structures, frames, or components in compliance with safety and quality standards
• Inspect and test welds to ensure quality and durability
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working order
• Work collaboratively in and out of the shop and with other trades to complete projects on time
• Follow safety guidelines and wear proper protective equipment
• Exhibit a high standard of maturity and professionalism in all interactions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a welder, with a strong understanding of welding techniques and equipment.
• Certification in welding (such as AWS or similar) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of safety procedures and standards.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding role in various environments
