Residential Architectural Designer

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with sales & construction teams to develop concept and working drawings for:
  • Whole-home renovations
  • New custom homes
  • Finished basements
• • Create detailed AutoCAD drawings for proposals, permitting, and construction
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in drafting and design documentation

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in residential design & drafting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (required)
• Degree or certification in Architectural Design, CAD, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in residential construction 
• Rendering skills (a plus)
• Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
