Mechanical Superintendent

Corley Industrial Solutions is seeking a skilled Mechanical Superintendent to join our team in Valley, AL 36854. This position requires in-person work and offers a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000.

Job Expectations:

1. Review and interpret blueprints for construction projects
2. Manage construction projects from start to finish
3. Utilize knowledge of architectural design in project planning
4. Oversee installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
5. Estimate project costs and create specifications
6. Conduct inspections to ensure quality and compliance
7. Perform general repair and maintenance tasks
8. Coordinate with engineering and electrical teams
9. Implement troubleshooting strategies as needed

Job Requirements:

• Experience in construction management
• Knowledge of long-term disability policies
• Ability to pass drug tests and background checks
• Experience with distribution systems
• Background in military operations is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
