Lehigh Concrete Technologies, LLC is a Lehigh Valley based drilling and compaction grouting service. We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Equipment Operator to join their rapidly growing team. 

Position: Equipment Operator

This position reports to the Vice President.

Responsibilities: Include, but are not limited to:

  • Equipment Operations of Drills, Compressors, Grout Pumps, etc.
  • Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance and Repairs as Necessary
  • Supply and Material Procurement as Necessary
  • Inventory Management as Necessary
  • Assist in Project Coordination and Logistics as Necessary
  • Be an Ambassador and Advocate for the Company

Qualifications and Other Skills and Abilities:

  • Professional Training or 5 Years of experience working as an Equipment Operator.  Drilling experience is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent problem resolution skills
  • Ability to be flexible with tasks on hand
  • Ability to prioritize

Essential Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work in an environment which may include fumes, odors, chemicals, sawdust, and ash
  • Ability to work in an environment with noises in the range of thirty to eighty five decibels.
  • Ability to lift or push up to one hundred (100) pounds, or in excess thereof, with the use of proper equipment or assistance
  • Ability to lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds
  • Ability to use hand tools safely
  • Ability to use electric tools safely
  • Ability to walk up and down steps, climb ladders, staging and scaffolding and on uneven ground
  • Ability to bend, twist, reach, stretch and work in tight spaces
  • Ability to drive a motor vehicle

Job Type:

  • Full Time
  • Hourly/Non-Exempt

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly position with biweekly pay cycle.
  • Yearly employee reviews and salary increases are typically done each year. Salary increases are if financially possible and feasible and at the President’s sole discretion.
  • Year-end bonuses are typically distributed on your hiring anniversary, if financially possible and feasible and, at the President’s sole discretion.
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-term Disability and Life Insurance are covered 100% by employer.
  • AFLAC available at employee’s expense.
  • Paid major holidays as determined each year by the President. A schedule is typically distributed each November with the paid holidays for the following year.
  • Paid bereavement time policy (see employee handbook).
  • Employee Paid Time Off or PTO days.

Candidates must be reliable and professional with a can-do attitude. Must have a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades. Must have your own transportation, valid driver's license, and select tools. Pre-employment physical and drug screening is required. EOE.
