Roofing / Warranty Technician

Compensation: To be discussed / based on experience

Employment type: full-time

40+ hours (No Sundays)

Experience: Willing to train

Job Location: Holly Springs

Duties:

• Inspect problem roofs to determine the best repair procedures

• Set up ladders to provide safe access to roofs

• Use construction knowledge to repair roofs and leaks

• Determine quantity and type of materials for installation/repairs required to complete jobs.

• Responds to inquiries and resolves roofing issues

• Other duties as directed by supervisor

Requirements:

• Must be able to speak and understand English

• Must have the ability to do heavy lifting (up to 60 lbs.)

• Must be able to climb a ladder, walk roofs and have good balance

• Must Have a Valid Driver License and a clean driver's record and an acceptable MVR based on our Company insurance carrier standard in order to drive for the company.

• Must be willing to work in all climates
