Superintendents - multi - family housing

We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Superintendents in Tucson who are self-starters with a background in multi-family housing. Selected candidates will provide on-site coordination of all phases of assigned projects and be responsible for all aspects of the job site including, but not limited to, quality control, safety and personnel management.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate all stages of the construction process, focusing on quality control, site safety, and team leadership.
• Empower and mentor your team, providing them with feedback and coaching to reach their full potential.
• Craft a comprehensive 4-week project schedule, with the flexibility to adapt as needed.
• Coordinate subcontractor meetings and communications to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Proactively identify and tackle challenges on-site, ensuring smooth construction flow.
• Ensure all safety, compliance, and quality regulations are upheld on the job site.
• Regularly update clients and project managers on progress, milestones, and challenges.
• Manage subcontractor efforts to optimize project outcomes.
• Plan and schedule inspections while securing necessary permits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site for everyone involved.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant superintendent experience, preferably in the multi-family housing industry.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the multi family industry
• Ability to travel for extended time periods
• OSHA 30 certification preferred 
• Ability to work in the U.S.
